TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Please be reminded and be knowledgeable regarding our shop rules and FAQs before making an order.• Most of the items that we are posting are PRE ORDERS and PAYMENT FIRST POLICY with a given DEADLINE OF PAYMENT.• STRICTLY NO CANCELLATION OF ORDERS. Once you fill up the order form, we can no longer cancel your order and refund the payments unless the item is sold out and currently out of stock.• Cut off each batch of box will be every END OF THE MONTH or until the box is already full.• Please be informed that all items are from overseas so expect some delays from shippings and have some patience upon ordering.• NO RETURN, NO EXCHANGE POLICY. In case of lost/ damage, our shop wil not be liable after shipping the item/s (LSF).• We will only start the counting days of ETA after the cut off date. NORMAL ETA is usually 3-5 weeks.• If your order was not placed before the cut off date, we will include your order on the next cut off.

1. HOW TO ORDER?

Fill up the order form, link on our bio. Provide accurate and updated informations to avoid confusion and error during the shipping of your order.

2. WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS?

Before making an order, please be inform that we are PAYMENT FIRST POLICY, we do not allow Cash on Delivery (COD). You can send your payments thru GCASH, BDO, and PAYMAYA. Other payment information will sent via email of invoice or direct message (if on hand orders) by our shop after filling up your order form and/or confirming your order(s).

3. WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING METHODS?

You can ship your order(s) thru Shopee Checkout via J&T Courier, LBC, and Same Day Delivery (SDD)

4. IS THERE ANY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

You can pay 50% downpayment upon ordering then pay rest 5 days after making an order. (E.g you ordered an album on December 1, you can pay 50% DP right after we sent you an invoice then the rest of the payment can be paid on December 6.)

5. WHAT IF I DID NOT PAY ON TIME GIVEN?

We will charge you Php20.00 per day if you did not meet your payment due on time. If we can’t contact or reach you within 5days, we will cancel your order.

6. WHEN ARE THE ETA OF THE ITEMS I ORDERED?

The normal arrival time after the deadline date given of each item are usually 3-5 weeks since it will be shipped directly from South Korea to us. Please expect delays of shipments especially in this time of pandemic. We need your patience as you order we hope you understand.

7. WHERE CAN WE TRACK OUR ORDERS?

Our shop will provide masterlists that will serve as tracking guide of your orders. You can check our materlists on the link provided on our bio.

9. WHERE CAN WE CHECK UPDATES?

We will be posting updates through our social media accounts (IG, Twitter, Facebook) using #BuyTheSeoul_update" on our posts.

10. HOW WE WILL KNOW IF OUR PAYMENT/ ORDER IS CONFIRMED?
